Which property portals will you advertise my property on?
We have access to the four largest portals: Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation and On The Market. Ensuring your property has maximum exposure and is seen by as many potential buyers as possible.

Would your team be able to do a same day valuation?
Yes, we will be able to do this for both Sales and Lettings. We also have the ability to give you an instant online valuation on our website (please find the tab on our homepage). Will that be the only place you advertise my property?
We will also produce a social media campaign to promote your property (on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). As well as posting the property on our website and mailing out the property to all our registered buyers and in our shop front, which has a busy footfall.

Do you provide free Professional Photo's and Floorplan?
Yes this is included in all our sales packages, free of charge. To ensure your listing has been given the best presentation.

Do you offer a online service for landlords and vendors who are happy to do their own vieiwngs?
Cottage Fields have now launched a new online service for vendors who are happy to carry out their own viewings and want to save on fees. We have a unbeatable offer of £1000.00 inclusive of VAT. All you have to do is call our sales team on 0203 621 8621 (option 1).

Does your company offer sale progression?
Yes, in fact your designed property agent, will ensure they are updating you every step of the way, ensuring we are doing all we can to assist with the sale/purchase of your property.


Does your staff have accreditation from the National Federation of Property Professionals?
Our director himself has Level 3 Qualification in both Residential Sales and Lettings and Property Management. Ensuring the whole team are well informed and we practise the highest standards.

Can you help with evicting my problematic tenant?
Yes we can, please email management at management@cottagefields.co.uk for the attention of our Eviction Team, or call us on 0203 621 8621 (option 3). Our eviction team will go through every step with you, including attending court with you if neccessary.

Is their a cost for evictions?
Yes there is a minimal fee payable to Cottage Fields to cover time and resources neccessary. Plus standard court fees, payable directly to the court.

How can I keep up to date with the management of my property?
Our management team will always be on hand to assist and help over the phone. However we also have an online management portal, where you can access all the information on your property from Inspections to rent statements at a click of button, at any time that suits you.

Do you accept housing benefit applicants?
We do as an agency. However this is not on every property we have to let, as it is dependant on each landlord and their requests.

Can you offer rent protection on my property?
We always recommened to have rent protection in place. As this provides a safety net for our landlords in situations of hardship and rent arrears. So please speak with the team to find out more.

What do I need to know about registering a deposit on my property?
This will have to be registered with one of the government approved schemes, within 30 days of receipt of the deposit. This is very important to ensure, please speak with a member of management, to understand more.

Do we have to pay a holding fee to try and secure a property?
Yes you do, as when we start the move in process. We start bearing costs when we begin referencing as well as time. So this is neccessary to show commitment from you to the property. If you do not get the property, you will recieve the full holding fee in return, minus any costs for referencing (as this is charged by a third party company). So please make sure you definitely want the property before submitting the holding fee.
