Cottage Fields wins award at the 22nd annual ESTAS Awards, the most prestigious awards in the UK property sector
Cottage Fields also won Best in Postcode award in the EN2 area of Enfield at the prestigious ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2025. The winners were announced by the country’s favourite TV property presenter Phil Spencer in London in front of 1,100 of the UK’s top property professionals.
The awards are powered by The ESTAS own customer review platform which recognises the best sales estate and letting agents for customer service based on service ratings from homemovers who have been through the whole moving experience with an agent. This year’s results were calculated from over 300,000 customer review ratings.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 addressed the live audience “As someone who’s had the privilege of hosting these Awards for over two decades, I’ve seen first-hand how The ESTAS can truly transform not just businesses—but lives.
