I originally let out my property with another agent, who found terrible tenants who weren't paying rent and not looking after the house. I spoke to them about evicting the tenants but they were going to charge me nearly £1000 to evict them! I came to Cottage Fields who then evicted my tenant for free! Extremely helpful from the start and have now found me great tenants with rent protection insurance (just incase!). I would definitely recommend
